Return Policy

At SANDL Electronics, we are committed to ensuring the quality and durability of our products. We offer refunds under specific conditions to guarantee customer satisfaction and product integrity.

- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only processed if a product arrives damaged or if it breaks within the first 30 days of receipt, due to reasons not caused by the user. This includes malfunctions or defects that are not a result of water damage, physical damage, or any other user-induced condition.

- Exclusions: User-caused breakages, such as water damage, physical damage, or any other damage resulting from misuse, are not eligible for refunds. Our comprehensive inspection will determine the cause of the damage, and products deemed to have been mishandled by the customer will not qualify for a refund.

- Initiating a Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at stephen@sandlelectronics.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the product’s condition. The request should be made as soon as the damage is discovered, and no later than 30 days from the product’s receipt.

- Inspection Process: Upon receiving your refund request, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the item to verify the damage or defect. Our inspection will ascertain whether the damage was due to manufacturing defects or user-induced.

- Refund Approval: If your refund is approved based on our inspection, we will process it promptly. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Shipping Costs for Returns: In cases where the product is confirmed to have arrived damaged or has malfunctioned within the first 30 days due to non-user-related issues, SANDL Electronics will cover the return shipping costs. Instructions for returning the product will be provided upon the approval of the refund request.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
